Most Reverend Richard Lennon, Bishop of Cleveland will continue his twice a month "Year of Faith Lecture Series" on Wednesday, April 10 inside the Cathedral of Saint John the Evangelist. His approximately twenty to thirty minute lectures will begin immediately after the conclusion of the noon Mass on selected weekday afternoons.
The bishop has been presenting two monthly sessions on documents from the Second Vatican Council throughout this Year of Faith.
On March 20 and again on March 27, the bishop spoke on the document pertaining to the Decree on Ecumenism. His next lecture on Wednesday, April 10 will address the Declaration on the Relation of the Church to Non-Christian Religions. All are welcome to attend these lectures.
This series is in concert with Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI's request that there be opportunities for the Faithful to deepen their appreciation and knowledge of Church teaching.
