Holy Name High School, which opened in 1914 as one of the first coeducational Catholic high schools in the Diocese of Cleveland, is excited to announce the events scheduled in 2014 to help recognize its 100-year anniversary.
The year-long centennial celebration will kick-off on Sunday, January 5, 2014 with an opening Mass at Holy Name Church in Cleveland, where Holy Name High School was first located. The final 100-year celebration will be held on Sunday, December 28, 2014 at Holy Name's current campus in Parma Heights. Throughout 2014, there will be additional celebrations commemorating the milestone anniversary, including a special St. Patrick's Day Party in downtown Cleveland, a Reunion Dinner Dance and Festival in June and an official Birthday Celebration in September.
