Less than a year ago, an abandoned, dilapidated bungalow stood on the property at 9349 W. Ridgewood Drive in Parma Heights.
Today, a brand-new, one-floor, six-bedroom ranch-style house that is handicap-accessible for children sits on the more than one-acre parcel of land.
