Scott Cerrito from Our Lady of Grace Parish in Hinckley and Mike Costantini from St. Barnabas Parish in Northfield were welcomed as candidates into the diaconate formation program of the Diocese of Cleveland during a Mass at the Center for Pastoral Leadership on Aug. 19. Bishop Nelson Perez celebrated the Mass, which was attended by the candidates? families and friends, and local diocesan priests and deacons.
In his homily, Bishop Perez thanked the candidates for their desire to serve the Church.
