Two YCP members named to Catholic Community Foundation board

Diane Colegrove and Joseph Corrigan, representatives of Young Catholic Professionals, were named as ex-officio members of the Catholic Community Foundation Board of Directors.

Colegrove, who is a CPA and a real estate accountant at Brookfield, will serve on the Audit Committee of the Catholic Community Foundation board. She also serves on the Finance Council for the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist, where she is a parishioner. Colegrove is a 2015 graduate of John Carroll University. She earned a bachelor’s degree in finance with a concentration in accounting.

Corrigan is a project engineer at Intertek-PSI. He was appointed to serve on the Catholic Community Foundation board’s Fund Development Committee. He is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. Corrigan is a 2013 graduate of Marquette University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering A graduate of St. Ignatius High School, Corrigan is a member of St. Angela Merici Parish in Fairview Park.

“Every board member has the opportunity to bring their unique perspectives and use their talents to contribute to the Catholic community in Northeast Ohio. I am most grateful to have new representation on our board from these two fine young people from the Young Catholic Professionals. I thank them for their involvement and support,” said Patrick Grace, executive director for the Catholic Community Foundation.

The Catholic Community Foundation Board of Directors is under the direction of Bishop Nelson J. Perez, and is responsible for providing leadership to the Catholic Community Foundation while demonstrating a commitment to its mission, vision, and programs.

The foundation is dedicated to enriching lives by encouraging faithful philanthropy. It supports the mission of the Diocese of Cleveland to provide for the spiritual, educational and charitable needs of people throughout Northeast Ohio. Since its inception in 2000, the foundation has raised more than $465 million to support Catholic Charities, Catholic education, priestly formation, and other ministries in the Diocese of Cleveland.
