The FEST 2021 is back with LIVE Top Christian artists to perform at the 21st annual outdoor faith and family festival

Press Releases

July 28, 2021

(CLEVELAND, OH) – The FEST, Northeast Ohio’s largest outdoor Christian music and family festival that draws over 30,000 visitors will take place on Sunday, August 8 on the 132 acres of Brookside Reservation, 3900 John Nagy Boulevard in Brooklyn, Ohio. Admission this year is limited and tickets are $10. Children 5 and under are free. The FEST gates open at 10 am.

The FEST, in its 21st year, will reflect on the timely scriptural message to “Take Courage.” All the displays, kid’s crafts, and activities will help inspire and encourage FEST attendees to walk forward in faith with the Lord into a bright and hopeful future. The main stage will feature performances by some of Christian music’s top headliners, an outdoor Mass celebrated by Bishop Edward Malesic and much more.

“Take Courage is the theme for FEST 2021. It’s a reminder that God is with us on the journey and as we walk with the Lord and each other, we will find the strength and hope we need to walk into a bright and hopeful future. We are excited to be at Brookside Reservation this year. It’s a beautiful park with plenty of room for everyone to come together and also spread out and enjoy this amazing day of hope and inspiration. More than ever, we need to come together and reflect and focus on what matters most – faith and family.” said Father Bob Stec, event organizer and pastor of St. Ambrose Parish in Brunswick.

The FEST will feature four national Christian music groups including contemporary Christian music powerhouse for King and Country as the headliner, along with Danny Gokey, Tauren Wells, and We are Messengers. Ohio native Joe Melendrez will open the day starting at 12 noon.

The closing Mass will be the focal point of The FEST. On FEST day 2020 (last year), Bishop Malesic was packing and moving to Cleveland. This year he will enjoy his first FEST and celebrate Mass at 8 pm. After Mass, there will be a FEST finale which will include some amazing music and a celebration of light!

This year’s FEST will also include crafts and activities for kids, inspiring displays and presenters for adults, along with great food, music and family fun. Marc’s will again sponsor the kid’s zone with fun inflatables for the kids, along with the Colgate Bus and much more. Locally owned Marc’s is the presenting sponsor and will be raffling over $30,000 in gifts and giveaways at the FEST. FEST attendees can win gas grills, washer/dryer, Marc’s Gift Cards and more.

There will be plenty of family friendly food available. The first 2,500 people to visit the Marc’s Mom’s Relaxation Station will receive a FREE meal (sub sandwich, chips and bottle of Distillata water).

A ticket is needed to enter The FEST. Tickets are $10 per person with children 5 and under free. There is also a FEST Fund if you need financial assistance with your ticket. The FEST may also be viewed from the comfort and safety of your home for FREE. The event will be streamed live on Sunday, August 8 from 1:30 noon until 10 p.m. at theFEST.us.
