The latest episode of the Northeast Ohio Catholic Report made its third quarter debut with a new look and a new voice. Joe Cronauer, a well-known television and radio personality in Cleveland, hosts the latest version of the video newscast, which is distributed digitally and designed to be a video companion to the diocese’s award-winning magazine, Northeast Ohio Catholic.
This episode includes two stories featured in the September/October issue of the magazine. They show how the Catholic Church assists women who need help coping with unexpected pregnancies as well as how the Church offers healing and forgiveness programs to those trying to deal with a past abortion.
The Northeast Ohio Catholic Report is produced in the diocesan TV studio located in the Cathedral Square Plaza offices in downtown Cleveland. It is released at the end of each quarter to recap key events and tell stories of faith, inspiration and hope.
“I am excited to help us all shine a positive light throughout Northeast Ohio,” said Cronauer, who recently became the manager of communication for the Diocese of Cleveland. He continues to serve as a host/reporter for WKYC Channel 3 and many people also know him from his years as co-host of the “The Brian and Joe Radio Show.”
