Father Daniel F. Schlegel concluded his appointment as secretary and vicar for clergy and religious, effective Nov. 1. His appointment as administrator, Communion of Saints Parish, Cleveland Heights continues until Nov. 20. Father Schlegel was appointed pastor of St. Raphael Parish, Bay Village.
