The Diocese of Cleveland is committed to responsible stewardship of resources and to maintaining the highest standards of ethical and financial integrity. We highly encourage anyone who becomes aware of known or suspected financial misconduct or fraud to report it promptly.
Fraud, theft, or misappropriation of diocesan or parish resources assets; falsification of financial records; improper conflicts of interest; improper expense reimbursements; or any other financial irregularities or unethical conduct.
Anyone with concerns, including Diocesan and parish employees, clergy and religious, volunteers, vendors and contractors, parishioners, and members of the public are all encouraged to report concerns.

Reports may be made anonymously. However, providing a contact information is encouraged, as it may be necessary to ask follow‑up questions or obtain clarification to properly review a concern.
The Diocese strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who in good faith makes a report, cooperates with an inquiry, or participates in an investigation. Any retaliatory action will itself be considered a serious violation of diocesan policy.
Safeguarding church resources is a shared responsibility. Your willingness to raise concerns supports our mission, protects our community, and preserves the trust placed in the Diocese.
Thank you for your commitment to integrity, accountability, and service.
