Grade 3 Teacher Position Opening
Position Opening: Grade 3 Teacher
We are seeking a dedicated, student-centered educator to join our faculty for the 2026–2027 school year. We are looking for a teacher who values meaningful relationships, engaging instruction, collaboration, and the integration of Catholic faith into daily classroom life.

The Role
The Grade 3 Teacher will create a structured, supportive, and engaging classroom environment during these important years of student development.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering high-quality, standards-aligned instruction
- Creating a classroom culture rooted in high expectations, respect, and care
- Supporting students' academic, social, and spiritual growth
- Building strong partnerships with families
- Using student data to inform instruction and guide progress
- Collaborating with grade-level colleagues and school staff
- Integrating Catholic values and faith into the school day
Our small class sizes allow teachers to differentiate instruction effectively and truly know their students as learners and individuals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Valid teaching license in the State of Ohio
- Obtain VIRTUS certification
- Ability to successfully pass an FBI and BCI background check
- Hold or be willing to obtain the appropriate religious certification through the Diocese of Cleveland
