Position Summary
Saint Ann School is seeking a dynamic, faith-filled, and student-centered 4th and 5th Grade English Language Arts and Social Studies Teacher to join our faculty.
The successful candidate will provide engaging, rigorous, and differentiated instruction in English Language Arts and Social Studies while serving as the 5th Grade Homeroom Teacher.
As a Teacher-Minister, this individual is expected to support the Catholic mission of Saint Ann School by integrating faith into daily instruction, modeling Christian values, and fostering the academic, spiritual, social, and emotional growth of every child.

Qualifications
Required
-
Valid Ohio Teaching License in one of the following:
-
Middle Childhood Education (Grades 4–9) with an English Language Arts concentration.

K–8 License.
-
Early Childhood (PK–3) with a Grades 4–5 Endorsement.

Strong background in English Language Arts instruction.
-
Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
Preferred
-
Experience teaching upper elementary or middle school students.

Familiarity with differentiated instruction, literacy best practices, and educational technology.
-
Practicing Catholic or willingness to support and uphold the mission and teachings of the Catholic Church.
Additional Requirements
Upon employment, all staff members must successfully:

Complete VIRTUS Protecting God's Children training.
-
Pass BCI and FBI background checks as required by the Diocese of Cleveland.
