Position Title: Admissions & Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time) Reports To: Principal Location: St. Paul School, North Canton, Ohio Employment Status: Part-Time (20–30 hours per week, flexible schedule with occasional evening and weekend events) Mission Statement St. Paul School, rooted in the teachings of Jesus Christ and the traditions of the Catholic Church, seeks a dynamic and enthusiastic Admissions & Marketing Coordinator to support student enrollment, family engagement, and school promotion. This individual will serve as an ambassador for St. Paul School, helping to communicate our mission, celebrate our successes, and welcome new families into our community.

Position Summary The Admissions & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating student recruitment and admissions efforts while developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies that strengthen St. Paul School's visibility and enrollment growth. This position works closely with the Principal, Parish staff, faculty, and volunteers to promote the school's mission and ensure a positive experience for prospective and current families.

Essential Responsibilities Admissions & Enrollment • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families. • Manage inquiries from prospective students and families via phone, email, website, and social media. • Coordinate school tours, shadow days, and family visits. • Maintain and update prospective student records within PowerSchool and other enrollment systems. • Assist families with the application, enrollment, tuition assistance, and scholarship processes, including but not limited to EdChoice. • Conduct follow-up communication with prospective families throughout the admissions process. • Coordinate admissions events including Open Houses, Preschool Preview Nights, Kindergarten Information Nights, and community outreach events; Back to School Celebrations, 8th Grade graduation, all 8th Grade events, and other events as necessary. • Develop and maintain relationships with local parishes, preschools, and community organizations to support enrollment growth. • Track admissions and enrollment data and provide regular reports to the Principal. Marketing & Communications • Create engaging content for social media platforms, school newsletters, website updates, and promotional materials. • Coordinate the development and distribution of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and signage. • Maintain a consistent school brand across all communication channels. • Capture and share stories that highlight student achievements, faith formation, academic excellence, athletics, and school events. • Assist with photography and videography at school events. • Manage and update the school's website content. • Support public relations efforts and community outreach initiatives. • Develop strategies to increase awareness and enrollment within the North Canton community and surrounding areas. Family & Community Engagement • Help coordinate family engagement events and community-building activities. • Serve as a welcoming presence for current and prospective families. • Collaborate with parish leadership and ministries to strengthen school-parish relationships. • Assist with donor recognition and community partnership initiatives as requested.

Qualifications Required • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, education, public relations, business, or related field. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent organizational and customer service skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects. • Comfortable interacting with students, families, faculty, and community members. • Commitment to supporting the mission and values of Catholic education. Preferred • Experience in admissions, enrollment management, marketing, communications, or customer relations. • Experience with social media management and content creation. • Familiarity with Canva, website management platforms, photography, and video editing. • Experience with PowerSchool or similar student information systems. • Knowledge of Catholic schools and parish communities.
