Magnificat High School is seeking a highly organized, service-oriented, and mission-driven Enrollment Operations Coordinator to join our Enrollment Management team. This position plays a vital role in coordinating enrollment operations, communications, event planning, and administrative functions while serving as a welcoming ambassador for the school.

Schedule: 42 weeks per year (aligned with the school calendar)

Position Summary
The Enrollment Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing enrollment operations, communications, event planning, and administrative functions within the Enrollment Management Department.
This individual embraces the Mission, values, and history of Magnificat High School and effectively communicates them to prospective and current families, visitors, and community stakeholders while serving as an ambassador for the school.

Key Responsibilities
- Event Coordination
- Coordinate all aspects of enrollment events, including planning, scheduling, catering, registration, communications, and logistics.
- Welcome and engage prospective students, families, and visitors as a representative of Magnificat High School.
- Participate in all Enrollment Department events, including:
- Summer programs
- Visit Day mornings
- Evening admission programs
- Weekend events
- Coordinate facility requests and event logistics for enrollment-related activities.
Enrollment Operations & Administration
- Manage daily Enrollment Office operations.
- Maintain department budgets, calendars, office supplies, and records.
- Maintain enrollment management software and databases while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate enrollment records.
- Partner with the Finance Department to monitor budgets and process invoices.
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Enrollment and Marketing and the Vice President of Enrollment and Marketing.
- Coordinate Freshman Scholarship interviews.
- Serve as a resource for Family Foundation Scholars.
Communications & Strategic Support
- Coordinate direct mail, email marketing, and enrollment communication campaigns.
- Develop, analyze, and monitor enrollment reports and key performance indicators.
- Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and the family experience.
- Serve as the Enrollment liaison for feeder schools.
- Coordinate donation requests and community outreach efforts.
Additional Responsibilities
- Respond professionally to inquiries from parents, students, faculty, administrators, and community partners.
- Participate in professional development and remain current on enrollment management and marketing best practices.
- Demonstrate cultural competency through continued learning and inclusive practices.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, communication, and appearance.
- Support enrollment, student retention, and community engagement initiatives through a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
