The Office of Catholic Education is hosting a day long safety day for school leaders and safety teams. The day is dedicated to building a safer environment for your school. Some topics of the day are:

  • Threat Assessments: What are they and why are they important to your school
  • The Importance of the Emergency Operating Plan (EOP) and How it Should Align to School Policies
  • Developing Quality Emergency Management Tests (EMTs)
  • The Importance of a Robust Reunification Plan
  • After Hours Safety (CYO, PSR, and parish activities)
  • School Secretaries- The First Line of Defense

All presenters are trained safety professionals. This day is recommended for school leaders, safety teams, front and parish offices, and all others committed to school safety and excellence.

Lunch, snacks, and beverages are included.

Please note that a discount is being offered for schools of 10 or more who register together. Please select "Cash or Check" for payment method. The OCE will be in contact about submitting the payment.
