Training for Parish Youth Ministry Volunteers

Invest in the people who make youth ministry possible. The Office of Youth Ministry is excited to welcome Life Teen International to the Diocese of Cleveland for Empower, a one-day training experience designed for the adults who accompany young people in grades 6-12.

Rather than traveling across the country for quality formation, you have the opportunity to receive national training from Life Teen right here in our diocese. Empower is more than a workshop. It is a chance for your entire team to step back, be renewed in mission, and begin the ministry year with a shared vision. Volunteers will gain practical tools they can use immediately, confidence in ministering to today's teens, and a deeper understanding of how to accompany young people in a rapidly changing culture. Teams will also strengthen their unity and build relationships with other youth ministry leaders from across the diocese. Whether your team is brand new or well established, Empower will help you start the year with clarity, purpose, and encouragement.

The day includes Mass, continental breakfast, and lunch. Cost is $85 per person. Life Teen and Edge subscribing parishes receive a discounted rate of $70 through July 6.
