Healthy ministry requires both generous hearts and healthy boundaries. In this workshop, Luke Brown will explore the importance of establishing and maintaining appropriate boundaries while remaining faithfully available to those we are called to serve. Participants will examine the distinction between generosity and overextension, learn practical strategies for avoiding burnout and enmeshment, and reflect on how to say "no" with both charity and clarity. Integrating psychological insight with the realities of pastoral ministry, this session will provide practical tools for cultivating healthy pastoral relationships and sustaining a lifetime of joyful, faithful service.
