Steubenville Youth Conference

At each Steubenville Youth Conference, teens experience a life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ that ignites their faith, strengthens their prayer life, and empowers them to live on mission long after the conference ends.
For the first time, the Office of Youth Ministry is coordinating a trip to this weekend conference for parish groups from across the Diocese of Cleveland to attend the Main Campus 4 conference. Group leaders can buy spots for their teens and chaperones. We will be taking 2 buses.

The cost is $350 per person; priests are $60. The package includes registration, on campus housing, motor coach transportation, and a t-shirt.

A deposit of $75 per person is required to reserve your spots. With your deposit, you are committing to the full payment of $350 per person, unless you are able to sell your spots to another group within our diocese. For your convenience, you can reserve your spots with a partial payment of $75 per person due November 15. The final invoice will be due by February 15. You can pay the deposit for your group by check or credit card. We are asking that the final invoice be paid by check. These packages are non-refundable.

Chaperones must be age 21 or older and be fully compliant with our diocesan safe environment requirements. Groups need to have two adults for the first 10 teens, and at least one adult for every eight teens after that. If male teens are attending, your group must have a male chaperone (cannot be a priest). If female teens are attending, your group must have a female chaperone. For example:- 1-10 teens + at least 2 adults- 11-18 teens + at least 3 adults- 19-26 teens + at least 4 adults

While priests cannot serve as chaperones, you will need to buy them a ticket in order for them to attend with your group. It is a reduced amount of $60. They will have separate on campus housing.

Know that if you attend with us, it is likely that some of your teens will be sharing dorms with others of the same sex from other parishes and your adults may also be sharing rooms with others of the same sex from our diocese, as Steubenville will treat us as one large group.

ONLY group leaders can purchase package tickets - individual teens must attend with a group. Speak to your youth minister or parish leaders about if they are bringing a group.

Diocesan online waivers for each person will be due June 1, and there will also be waivers from Steubenville.
