After Care Assistant: St. Mary School

Our ideal candidate would be responsible to supervise and engage elementary-aged children in a safe, structured, and fun environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times • Plan and lead age-appropriate activities (e.g., arts and crafts, games, sports, enrichment) • Provide homework assistance and promote good study habits • Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and coworkers • Help with daily set-up, clean-up, and organization of program materials and space • Monitor attendance and maintain accurate records • Follow all school and program policies, including emergency procedures All applicants will need to be VIRTUS trained and obtain FBI/BCI background checks.
