Position Details

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00–9:00 p.m.

Position Summary

St. Brendan School is seeking a reliable and dependable individual to join its team as a Part-Time Evening Custodian.

The Custodian will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming school environment by performing routine cleaning and custodial tasks throughout classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining clean facilities and can work independently to support the daily needs of the school.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Clean classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.

  • Perform routine custodial and cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.

  • Help ensure school facilities remain safe, orderly, and welcoming.

  • Complete assigned cleaning duties reliably and efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

  • Takes pride in maintaining a clean environment.

  • Able to perform routine physical tasks, including lifting and bending.

  • Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred but not required.

Requirements Before Starting

Candidates must complete the following requirements before beginning employment:

  • Attend the VIRTUS: Protecting God’s Children training class.

  • Complete a background check.

  • Complete the online process to obtain an Ohio ID.

Schedule and Compensation

  • Days: Monday–Friday

  • Hours: 4:00–9:00 p.m.

  • Pay Rate: $16 per hour
