Beaumont School is an all-girls Catholic high school in the Ursuline tradition, educating women for life, leadership, and service. Located in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, Beaumont serves students in grades 9–12 and has approximately 80 full-time faculty and staff.
Founded in 1850 by the Ursuline Sisters, Beaumont is the oldest school in the Diocese of Cleveland and the oldest all-girls secondary school in Ohio. The school emphasizes women's education, Catholic social justice and service, academic excellence, and compassionate support.
Beaumont is a college preparatory school and the only all-girls school in greater Cleveland offering the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program. The school also offers programs including Academic Scholars, the Merici Center for Success, pre-engineering, the Veale Youth Entrepreneurship Forum, and Studio Art. Beaumont reports a 100% college acceptance rate and is accredited by the Ohio Catholic School Accrediting Association and the International Baccalaureate Organization.

The President is the chief executive of Beaumont School and has ultimate responsibility for all aspects of the institution, including finance, fundraising, operations, human resources, mission integration, marketing and communications, enrollment, and facilities.
The President works closely with the Principal on academics, curriculum, and mission alignment and serves as the overall leader and facilitator of the community of faith. The President bears ultimate responsibility for the integration of faith and culture within Beaumont School.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the President is accountable for fulfilling the school's strategic goals and policies.
Beaumont is seeking a visionary and inspirational, mission-driven leader who will build on the momentum generated by the school's 175th anniversary, record fundraising, campus planning, and talented leadership team. The ideal candidate will bring successful fundraising and administrative experience, a deep appreciation for classroom teaching, and a commitment to a student-centered culture that supports learning and growth.
Ensure the Catholic and Ursuline traditions are reflected in the daily life of the school.

Help ensure the long-term sustainability of the school through fundraising, enrollment growth, endowment growth, and sound financial practices.
Continue and complete the Heart of Beaumont campaign.
Work with the Director of Advancement and appropriate committees to plan and execute the school's primary fundraising gala.
Consistently cultivate relationships with donors, alumnae, parents, stakeholders, and prospective benefactors.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and cash flow to promote fiscal responsibility and long-term viability.
Partner with the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Enrollment through the annual budget process, including tuition setting, revenue projections, expense allocations, and financial aid and scholarship awards.
Maintain fidelity to the approved budget and keep the Board informed of budgetary adjustments.
Partner with the Chief Financial Officer and Finance Committee to ensure the Board receives appropriate and timely financial information.
Partner with the Board of Directors to craft and articulate a clear vision for the school's future.
Ensure the school's future direction aligns with Ursuline values and the evolving needs of the community.
Develop and implement a strategic plan addressing long-term goals, including academic excellence, spiritual growth, and financial sustainability.
Focus on increasing enrollment, strengthening fundraising, and supporting the school's long-term sustainability.
Provide effective management and leadership of administrative functions, including academic affairs, student services, finance, human resources, and facilities.
Mentor and support faculty and staff while encouraging professional growth and excellence.
Effectively partner with the Board of Directors to support sound governance and the long-term sustainability of the school.
Lead marketing initiatives that promote the school, attract and retain students, and increase visibility within the broader community.
Utilize a variety of platforms and strategies to communicate Beaumont's strengths and unique offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local parishes, diocesan offices, community leaders, and other educational institutions.
Leverage these relationships to strengthen Beaumont's presence and influence within the community.
Advanced degree, preferably a master's or doctorate.
Relevant executive leadership experience.
Demonstrated success in fundraising, including major gift experience.
Demonstrated financial capability and oversight, including knowledge of financial planning, operations, and budgeting.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to make sound decisions and manage time effectively.
Experience leading and managing within an educational or mission-driven organization.
