Saint Ignatius High School is seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Tuition & Financial Aid Manager to support the Finance Office and serve as the primary point of contact for families regarding tuition, financial aid, and State of Ohio scholarship programs.
Reporting to the Vice President of Administration and Chief Financial Officer, this position manages student tuition accounts, coordinates financial aid applications, supports scholarship programs, and assists with finance and accounting activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service skills, financial judgment, confidentiality, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems.

Serve as a financial liaison and provide customer service support to students and families.
Manage all student tuition accounts through the FACTS Tuition Management System.
Coordinate financial aid applications through FACTS Grant & Aid.
Compile detailed information for the Financial Aid Committee.
Manage requirements related to Ohio Department of Education and Workforce (ODEW) scholarship programs, including Cleveland Scholarship, EdChoice, and EdChoice Expansion.
Perform financial analysis and provide supporting data for internal and external communications.
Manage applications and scholarship allocations for the school's Scholarship Granting Organization (SGO).
Coordinate Diocesan tuition assistance, Angel Scholarship Fund, and other scholarship programs.
Maintain accurate financial and scholarship records.
Provide ad hoc financial information and reporting as needed.
Collaborate with other departments throughout the school to support families and financial operations.
Participate occasionally in evening and weekend events, including Open Houses, placement testing sessions, and promotional activities.
Assist with other finance projects and duties as assigned.
Required/Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong database and financial-analysis skills.
Ability to work with multiple systems and online platforms.
Experience with FACTS Tuition Management System preferred.
Familiarity with Ohio Department of Education and Workforce programs preferred.
Prior experience working in a school setting preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Salary range: $75,000–$85,000
