Catholic Schools Week - A celebration of Quality Education

National Catholic Schools Week (January 29th through February 3rd)--- is a celebration of Catholic schools educating more than two (2) million students in elementary and secondary schools all over the country.

 

The Secretary for Education/Superintendent of the Diocese of Cleveland Schools, Margaret Lyons, reports that nearly 47,000 students are education in the eight counties of the Diocese, making it the largest school system in the state of Ohio.

 

She explains why the celebration takes place:

 

 

A Catholic education is worth considering.   It is recommended that parents and students visit a schools or schools and receive first hand knowledge of each facility.
