The Facilities Services Office functions as a property services and asset management resource for the more than two hundred (200) Diocesan locations including parishes, schools, Catholic Charities program sites and other properties that house the sacramental, ministerial, educational and charitable activities of the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland. In this role, Facilities Services works in partnership with Diocesan entities in providing leadership and expertise in planning, budgeting, construction management, preventative maintenance, and the renovation and repurposing of buildings and properties.

The Facilities Services Office maintains a pre-qualified list for both architect & professional services, and subcontractors & vendors that is continuously reviewed and updated. All new design professionals and contractors are required to submit a response.
The Facility Survey & Assessment is designed to provide a report encompassing the inventory of major fixed assets, type of construction and current condition of Diocesan real estate.
Focus on Facilities is an informative monthly newsletter for the Pastors, Business Managers, Maintenance Directors & Staff, Principals / Presidents (schools), and Social Service (Catholic Charities) Site Directors of the entities of the Diocese of Cleveland on topics that are applicable at and around the buildings / properties owned and operated by the Cleveland Catholic Diocese. Topics focus on asset and facility management.
