The National Catholic Youth Conference is a powerful, three-day experience of encounter, prayer, community, evangelization, catechesis, and discipleship. Through inspiring speakers, dynamic music, the celebration of Mass, Adoration, and countless opportunities to connect with other young Catholics, teens are invited to deepen their relationship with Christ and discover that they are part of something much bigger than their own parish.
Join Bishop Malesic and Bishop Woost for the Diocese of Cleveland Pilgrimage!
Whether NCYC is a tradition your teens look forward to every other year or you’ve never attended before, we invite you to be part of this incredible experience! Traveling with the Diocese of Cleveland makes bringing a group easier. The Office of Youth Ministry coordinates registration, hotel accommodations, and transportation, so you can focus on accompanying your teens and preparing them for this encounter with Christ.
See more details, including an extensive FAQ section on our webpage: www.dioceseofcleveland.org/ncyc.
Tickets can ONLY be purchased by youth ministers, campus ministers, or parish group leaders. Teens must attend with a parish or school group, with the necessary number of chaperones, and cannot buy tickets individually. You will need to purchase tickets for all attending - teens, adult chaperones, and clergy.
NCYC is a conference for high school youth. All youth must be in 9th-12th grade during the 2027-2028 school year to attend as a youth participant with their adult chaperones. Chaperones must be at least 21-years-old, and have completed all safe environment requirements for the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland. Groups need to have two adults for the first 10 teens, and at least one adult for every six teens after that:
If male teens are attending, your group must have a male chaperone (cannot be a priest). If female teens are attending, your group must have a female chaperone.
If you would like to attend but your parish/school is not attending, please contact Francine Costantini and she will help connect you to a group.
A deposit of $350 per person is due by the date above to get the discounted packages. You can pay via credit card or check. Details for where to send the check will be listed in the confirmation email. Tickets are non-refundable (unless the event is cancelled).
Package includes motor coach transportation to and from Indianapolis; NCYC Conference Fee; lodging (quad room for teens; double for adults). Most meals are not included. You do NOT need to have the names of all those attending to purchase tickets. Group leaders will be sent a link to online waiver forms to be completed by parents/guardians and chaperones by September 1. Group leaders can order more tickets after their initial deposit - as long as spots are available - but pricing will go up based on the dates above. We are so excited to gather with the Young Church at that National Catholic Youth Conference!
