The Cleveland Catholic Diocese released its second edition of the Northeast Ohio Catholic Report, a video newscast designed to be a companion to the award-winning Northeast Ohio Catholic magazine. The program was produced in the recently completed in-house TV studio located in the Cathedral Square Plaza offices. It highlights some of the exciting initiatives and projects going on throughout the diocese.
This latest episode opens with a segment that is part of a series called Embraced by Grace that was created to illustrate how the Church and Catholic-based services walk with people during challenging times. The segment in the newscast chronicles the experience of a local woman who struggled with addiction and after receiving treatment at Matt Talbot for Women went on to start her own nonprofit to help others impacted by substance use disorders.
The goal is to produce quarterly editions of the Northeast Ohio Catholic Report. The next episode is planned for release in December.
