Kindergarten Responsibilities: • Oversee the daily operation and schedule of the preschool in accordance with diocesan, state, and licensing guidelines. • Lead, and support teaching staff through coaching, evaluation, and professional development – ensuring adherence to diocesan safe environment standards. • Close communication and support from the leadership team including Pastor, Principal and Business Manager • Manage enrollment, staff schedules, and compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. This includes maintaining all student and staff files. • Ensure a developmentally appropriate and faith-integrated curriculum is provided. • Foster positive relationships with all staff, parents, and children through communication, conferences, and community-building events • Conduct school tours, when necessary • Assist in overseeing enrollment and application process for Center for Early Learning Pre-school through Kindergarten
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Child Development, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in early childhood education, including administrative or leadership role • Organized and detail-oriented, especially regarding licensing and compliance with all state licensing regulations • Passion for early childhood education • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills and work ethic compatible with the culture of a Roman Catholic faith. • Strong technical skills • Ability to lead with professionalism, warmth, and integrity. • Ability to adapt effectively to the changing needs and challenges of students and staff.
