Job Title: Maintenance Worker (On-Call / Snow Removal Required)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and emergency response services for our facilities. This role requires hands-on experience in general maintenance, a strong work ethic, and the ability to respond to urgent issues at any time, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Snow removal and landscaping is a critical component of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and basic mechanical work
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to ensure proper operation and safety
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations on a 24/7 on-call basis
• Perform snow and ice removal, including salting, shoveling, and operating snow removal equipment
• Maintain grounds, including landscaping, debris removal, and seasonal upkeep
• Troubleshoot issues and determine appropriate corrective actions
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance logs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment or spaces as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2–3 years of general maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Ability to operate maintenance tools and snow removal equipment
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to work in various weather conditions, including extreme cold and snow
• Standing, walking, bending, and climbing for extended periods

Work Schedule & Conditions:

• Full-time position with rotating on-call responsibilities
• Must be available for 24/7 emergency call-outs
• Overtime may be required, especially during inclement weather
